Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Can I return items on Sale?
All items labeled ON SALE, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It can take up to 30 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and your refund processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the Product(s). Once our checks are complete, we’ll refund you for the accepted Products returned unless there are any issues with the Product(s) returned as follows:
If you paid using a credit or debit card, we will process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the Product from you and the funds should appear on your bank statement around 7 working days thereafter (exact timing will depend on your card issuer);
if you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, the value of the returned Product will be credited back to your SELFTRITSS account;
DOES MY FULL REFUND INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS?
Unfortunately no shipping cost are not refundable.
WHY WAS MY ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER OR REFUSED?
An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:
An address is invalid or there is missing information,
The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
